How do I qualify for the upgrade?
Maintain an average monthly balance of $250,000 across your eligible Covercy banking accounts starting September 15. When you meet the monthly average, we'll move you up one tier (to Advanced) at no additional subscription cost for 9 months.
What happens if my balance dips below $250k?
If your average monthly balance is below $250,000 in any month, your account will revert to your prior tier and interest/package the following month. When you're back at or above the threshold, reach out and we'll revisit the upgrade.
Will my costs change?
No additional subscription fees for the first 9 months of the upgrade. Before the promotional period ends, your account manager will confirm next steps and pricing if you choose to remain on the higher tier.
Free upgrade applies on deposits made to meet monthly balance requirements by September 15, 2025 and remains in effect for 9 months while you maintain the qualifying $250,000 average monthly balance across eligible Covercy banking accounts. If in any month your average falls below the minimum, your account returns to your prior tier and interest/package the following month.
